Terms governing use of the Repkom CRM platform.

Repkom S. L., C. Músico Vicente Spiteri 19, 03540 Alicante, Spain; contacto@repkom.com. The platform provides CRM tools for contacts, opportunities and business activities. Available functions depend on the selected configuration.
02. Accounts and security
Private features require an account. Users must protect their credentials and provide accurate information. Business customers manage permissions for authorized users.
03. Acceptable use
Illegal activities, unauthorized access, malware, infringement of third-party rights and unlawful personal-data processing are prohibited.
04. Plans and availability
Prices, taxes, limits, renewal and cancellation terms for paid services are communicated before purchase. Maintenance and security updates may temporarily affect availability.
05. Customer data
Customers retain their rights in data uploaded to the CRM and are responsible for lawful use. Where Repkom acts as processor, a data processing agreement applies. Appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards are used.
06. Intellectual property and support
Software, interfaces and trademarks remain the property of their owners. Users receive only the agreed right to use the service. Support arrangements are those communicated to customers.
07. Suspension and termination
Access may be proportionately suspended for security, maintenance, legal requirements or serious breaches. Export, return or deletion of data follows applicable contractual terms.
08. Liability and law
Each party is liable as required by applicable law and contract. Mandatory rights are preserved. Spanish and applicable EU law govern these terms.
