Depending on your use, we process names, contact details, account data, messages, contractual information and technical logs to provide the CRM, manage accounts, respond to enquiries, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
03. Legal grounds
Processing relies, as appropriate, on contracts, pre-contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent, including consent for non-essential cookies where required.
04. Customer data in the CRM
Business customers determine the purposes and legal grounds for data entered about their contacts. Repkom may act as a processor under documented instructions and a data processing agreement.
05. Recipients and transfers
Necessary hosting, email, support or payment providers may process data under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data. International transfers, if any, require a valid GDPR transfer mechanism.
06. Retention and security
Data is retained only as needed for its purposes and applicable statutory periods. Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are used.
07. Your rights
